If you place an order on the Mac-O-Rama
website, you agree to the following Return/Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will assist you in any way possible,
however, most manufacturers have specific product information and
policies that allow them to provide better assistance for product
related problems.
OPEN SOFTWARE CANNOT BE RETURNED, UNLESS IT IS DEFECTIVE. Contact
the manufacturer for technical support and for product exchanges.
If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact the manufacturer
directly.
IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE HARDWARE ITEM OR A HARDWARE ITEM FAILS
WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD: Contact the manufacturer for technical
support and for product exchanges.
MAC-O-RAMA will exchange certain items at our discretion, once
the manufacturer has determined that the product is defective. You
must contact us and request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. SHIPPING CHARGES
ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
IF YOU RECEIVE SOMETHING YOU DID NOT ORDER or YOU CHANGE YOUR
MIND ABOUT A PRODUCT YOU ORDERED: Do not open the item. Opened
software
will not be accepted, and open hardware items will incur a
15% restocking fee. Returned items MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
and must have return authorization.
